Phinia to acquire high-precision components firm Stoba Group

The proposed transaction is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions

Phinia, the spinoff company of Michigan, US-based powertrain technologies supplier BorgWarner's fuel systems and aftermarket segments, has agreed to acquire 100% of the equity interests of Stoba Group, a specialist in high-precision components and customized manufacturing solutions, the company said.
