Polaris sells Transamerican Auto Parts business to aftermarket distributor Wheel Pros
Company says move, pegged at USD50 million, advances its strategy to refocus on core powersports business.
Polaris, a US-based powersports company, has announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Transamerican Auto Parts (TAP) business to Wheel Pros, a designer, manufacturer and distributor of proprietary branded aftermarket vehicle enhancements for light trucks, SUVs, passenger cars and ATVs/UTVs, according to a press release dated 16 June.
