South Africa-based Motus acquires Motor Parts Direct (UK)

The acquisition is aligned to Motus' aftermarket parts growth strategy

Motus Holdings Ltd, a South Africa-based automotive group, has announced that it has acquired 100% of Motor Parts Direct (Holdings) Limited, a business-to-business parts distribution business based in the UK, for ZAR3,64 billion (around USD210 million), according to a press release dated 8 December.
