Supplier also announces appointment of Chris Gropp as CFO of the spun-off entity
Two months after announcing its intention to execute a spin-off of its fuel systems and aftermarket segments into a separate, publicly traded company, Michigan-based global supplier of powertrain technologies, BorgWarner, today announced that Brady Ericson would serve as the new company’s President and Chief Executive Officer.
