Finland-based vehicle aftermarket firm Relais acquires spares distributor Adita

Relais Group PLC, a spare parts distributor and provider of repair and maintenance in the Nordic vehicle aftermarket, announced that it has signed an agreement regarding the acquisition of the Finnish company Adita Oy, according to a press release dated March 29.
