Tata was considering another site in Spain but is expected to choose Somerset for the site
Jaguar Land Rover (JLR) owner Tata Motors is expected to pick Britain as the preferred site for a multibillion pound electric-car battery plant to supply its JLR requirements, according to a report by the BBC dated May 24.
