Sensata Technologies completes acquisition of telematics provider SmartWitness

Company says the move builds on its recent acquisition of Xirgo Technologies by adding video hardware, software, and analytics services for fleets

Sensata Technologies, a US-based supplier of sensors and sensor-equipped solutions to the automotive industry, has announced that that it has completed the acquisition of leading video telematics provider SmartWitness Holdings, according to a press release dated 29 November.
