The deal is in partnership with PE firm Axcel, which is acquiring both companies
UK-based aftermarket logistics provider Carousel has announced its merger with Denmark-based spare parts logistics provider Danx in partnership with Axcel, a Nordic-based private equity investor, to become a European specialist logistics company for aftermarket and spare parts logistics, according to a press release dated 12 January.
