Deputy chairman and CFO Michael Frick takes over as chairman in the interim
German supplier of powertrain and thermal components MAHLE announced on 15 April 2022 that the company and its current chairman of the management board and chief executive officer Matthias Arleth have mutually decided to terminate the contract.
