Nordic Capital acquires Swedish recycled spares firm Autocirc

The move will support growth acceleration and European expansion

Nordic Capital, a private equity investor, has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Autocirc, a Nordic group that offers reused and recycled spare parts to the automotive industry, from the Nordic sustainable investment fund Alder, according to a press release dated 15 December.
