Finland-based vehicle aftermarket firm Relais acquires S-E-T A/S

Relais said acquisition will strengthen its foothold in the Danish market significantly

Relais Group Plc, a spare part distributor and provider of repair and maintenance in the Nordic vehicle aftermarket, has acquired a Danish company S-E-T A/S (also known as S-E-T) from B&S Holding, owned by Steen and Birgitte Hansen, according to a press release dated 12 December.
