Alliance Automotive Group UK announces two new acquisitions
The company acquired Direct Auto Parts Ltd. and Car Parts Warehouse Ltd.
The UK and Ireland arm of Alliance Automotive Group (AAG), a European automotive aftermarket distributor, announced that it has recently completed the acquisition of Direct Auto Parts Ltd. (DAP) and Car Parts Warehouse Ltd. (CPW), according to a press release dated March 6.
