Phinia is the spinoff of BorgWarner’s Fuel Systems and Aftermarket segments as a separate, publicly traded company
Michigan-based global supplier of powertrain technologies, BorgWarner, has announced that it expects to complete the spinoff of Phinia at the end of the day July 3, 2023, according to a press release dated June 14.
