US Automotive Service Association issues policy position statement
The ASA wants insurance companies to include in their estimates the time spent by repairers in researching OEM repair and service procedures
The US Automotive Service Association (ASA), announced through its press release dated July 27, that its board has approved a policy position statement which provides direction for insurance companies to account for the time that repairers spend in researching OEM repair and service instructions in order to vehicles accurately and safely.
