Japanese tire and auto parts manufacturer Bridgestone announced via a press release dated 2 December the acquisition of Otraco International Pty Ltd, an OTR tire management solutions provider by Bridgestone Mining Solutions Australia Pty. Ltd. from Downer EDI Limited.
