Goodyear to sell majority of its chemical business to Gemspring Capital for $650 million
Goodyear plans to use the proceeds to reduce debt and support initiatives under the transformation plan
The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. (Goodyear) announced that it has reached an agreement to sell a significant portion of its Goodyear Chemical business to Gemspring Capital Management LLC.
