The Integration Group acquires Matrix Management to broaden its aftermarket supply chain services

The two combined companies will now be able to offer customers expanded space and services across both platforms

The Integration Group (TIG), a portfolio company of Maxwell Street Capital Partners (Maxwell Street), has acquired Matrix Management (Matrix), a Chicago-based provider of aftermarket assembly, kitting and e-commerce fulfillment solutions for agriculture, construction, lawn-and-garden, recreational, and industrial brands.
