Japan's The Yokohama Rubber Co. Ltd. announced that Shandong Yokohama Rubber Industrial Products Co. Ltd. (YRSC), a consolidated subsidiary engaged in the production and sales of conveyor belts, has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the firm.
