The company believes the self-service segment no longer aligns with its long-term strategy

LKQ Corp. announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its self-service segment (Pick Your Part) to an affiliate of Pacific Avenue Capital Partners LLC for an enterprise value of $410 million.
