LKQ divests its self-service segment to streamline operations, reduce debt and improve financial stability

LKQ Corp. announced that it has completed the sale of its Self Service segment, Pick Your Part, to an affiliate of Pacific Avenue Capital Partners LLC, for an enterprise value of $410 million, with customary purchase price adjustments.
