Phinia reports Q3 2025 sales at $908 million, up 8.2% YOY
Net earnings fell by $18 million to $13 million due to a one-time loss related to settlement of a separation-related claims with the company’s former parent
Phinia, the spinoff company of Michigan, US-based powertrain technologies supplier BorgWarner's fuel systems and aftermarket segments, reported net sales for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 2025, at $908 million, up 8.2% from the same period in 2024.
