The acquisition by AD Vilber aims to enhance its regional presence and aligns with AD Parts Intergroup's strategy of expanding its presence in the Spanish aftermarket 

AD Parts Intergroup, a part of Parts Holding Europe in Spain, has acquired Auto Recambios FCO. Cerdá Perales SL, an independent spare parts distributor located in Valencia, Spain, through its subsidiary AD Vilber.
