Phinia reports FY 2025 sales at $3.48 billion, up 2.4% YOY
The company said it achieved strong growth in the aftermarket segment by adding approximately 5,800 new SKUs across the portfolio, and new wins with starter and alternator distributors in North America
Phinia, the spinoff company of Michigan, US-based powertrain technologies supplier BorgWarner's fuel systems and aftermarket segments, reported its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ending Dec. 31, 2025. In the fourth quarter, the company achieved net sales of $889 million, an increase of 6.7% compared to the previous year. This increase was predominantly due to tariff recoveries and increased volumes in Asia and the Americas, although those were offset by reduced volumes in Europe.
