RSB Transmissions, a Bain Capital-backed automotive components platform, has completed the acquisition of Setco Auto Systems Private Ltd. (SASPL), a manufacturer of medium and heavy commercial vehicle (MHCV) clutch systems and aftermarket drivetrain solutions.
