Snap-on acquires diagnostics firm Diesel Laptops for $100 million
The deal expands Snap-on’s diagnostics, repair information and digital tools for commercial trucks and off-highway equipment
Snap-on Inc., a manufacturer and marketer of tools, equipment, diagnostics, repair information and system solutions for vehicle repair and other sectors, announced that it acquired Diesel Laptops for approximately $100 million in cash on June 8.
