Aftermarket trading group Groupauto acquires technology firm Softeca

Groupauto says full ownership of Softeca will help it expand its digital ecosystem with new tools

Groupauto International (GAI), which operates in the automotive aftermarket through a network of distributors, service providers and repair specialists, has taken full ownership of technology company Softeca, acquiring the remaining shares after first buying a 33% stake in 2022.
