BP agrees to sell Austrian mobility, convenience and EV charging businesses to Volenergy

The transaction includes 250 BP-branded retail sites and is expected to close at the end of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals

BP has agreed to sell its Austrian mobility, convenience and electric vehicle charging businesses, including 250 BP-branded retail sites, to Volenergy AG, BP said.
