Aftermarket distributor Omega Holdings acquires Wells Vehicle Electronics aftermarket business

The business adds sensors and vehicle electronics to Omega Holdings’ aftermarket operations and will continue as a stand-alone business

Omega Holdings, an automotive aftermarket distributor, has acquired the automotive aftermarket electronic components business of Wells Vehicle Electronics LP, a vehicle electronics solutions provider, expanding its capabilities in the vehicle electronics category.
