Webasto acquires Luxembourg glass specialist Carlex
The former Carlex plant in Grevenmacher and its approximately 500 employees have been part of the Webasto Group
Sunroof systems supplier, Webasto, has acquired Carlex Glass Luxembourg SA in Grevenmacher (Luxembourg), according to a press release dated 18 August.
