Mercedes-Benz India launches SKYLine dealer management system
SKYLine manages various service processes, including service booking, digital check-in, vehicle inspection, job card creation, technician assignment, quality control, courtesy car management and pre-owned vehicle operations
Mercedes-Benz India has collaborated with technology firm Zoho to introduce SKYLine, a dealer management system. The new system is now operational across all Mercedes-Benz dealerships in India, replacing the older infrastructure.
