Vehicle glass repair firm Cary Group has announced that its company Ryds Bilglas has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in L.Wall Bilplåt AB, an auto body shop located in Söderköping, Sweden. Ryds Bilglas is a specialist in the repair and replacement of automotive glass, with over 170 service centers across Sweden.
