Apollo Tyres reports 2.9% year-over-year growth in FY2024/25 revenue to $3 billion
The Indian tiremaker has identified challenges that contributed to its underperformance in the recent quarters and has implemented strategies to address these issues, with the expectation of delivering stronger results in future quarters.
Indian tiremaker Apollo Tyres reported 2.9% year-over-year increase in revenue to 261.2 billion Indian rupees ($3 billion) in the financial year ended March 31, 2025, the company said in a regulatory filing on May 14. Despite moderate growth in revenue, Apollo Tyres recorded 39.1% year-over-year decline in profit before tax to 15.5 billion rupees. The company concluded the financial year with net profit of 11.2 billion rupees, down 34.9% year over year from 17.2 billion rupees realized in the previous financial year.
